Sinoć smo igrali zanimljive geografije! Doduše u malo izmenjenom formatu. Par dana smo se ozbiljno pripremali, i željno iščekivali početak takmičenja. Da bi sve bilo regularno, angažovali smo i profesionalni sudijski tim. U pitanju su momci iz “grupe” Johnnie Walker! Svaka im čast, čak “petorica” su došla da nadgledaju takmičenje! 😀 Borba je bila nemilosrdna od samog starta! Prva je posustala Župa Dubrovačka! Danak neiskustvu, ili šta god već! 😀 Najzanimljiviji je bio duel između Bileće i Čačka! Sudije su se smenjivale, jedva prateći tempo! Na kraju je i pored ogromnog staža u igri Čačak ipak pao! Njegovo mesto odmah je zauzelo Ivankovo (Vinkovci). Na drugoj strani Vitez se “predao” takoreći bez borbe, a kombinaciju Osijek-Rama, u igri je održavala Rama! 😀 Verovatno zbog velikog iskustva, iz prikrajka su svoju šansu čekali Zabrđe (Pelješac) i Pančevo. U jednom trenutku u igru se uključio i Zagreb, koji je bio prijatno iznenađenje. U dramatičnom polufinalu, Bileća je izdominirala protiv Ivankovo (Vinkovci)… Ali kako na kraju ipak može biti samo jedan, zasluženu pobedu odnose udružene snage Rama – Visoko (Sarajevo)!!! Koliko je bilo napeto, dokaz je i da nijedan od “sudija” nije izdržao do kraja! 😀 Lepo je bilo prisetiti se koliko je poučna igra Zanimljive geografije! Dogovor je pao da formiramo ligu i da nastavimo svakog vikenda! Iscrpljen od takmičenja uspeo sam da napravim samo laganu štrudlu od višanja. Nemojte mi zameriti… 😀Ovo je i odlična prilika da potrošimo ostatak zaliha kojih je sigurno ostalo. Za jedno pakovanje lisnatog testa potrebno Vam je 300g višanja (koristio sam konzervu iz zaliha) 😀, kašika šećera na svakih 100g višanja, dakle 3 kašike, 70g čokolade za kuvanje, par kašika griza i mlevenog keksa, i jedno jaje za premazivanje.Uključite rernu na 200°C, i dok se ona zagreje priprema je već gotova. U posudi pomešajte sve sastojke osim čokolade i promešajte. Griz nam služi da upije višak tečnosti od višanja, kako štrudla ne bi bila gnjecava.
Raširite testo (koje ste izvadili iz frižidera neposredno pred pripremu) i po sredini rasporedite fil. Na vrh poređajte čokoladu, pa preklopite strane.
Spoj treba da bude sa gornje strane. Viljuškom lagano pritisnite krajeve, i zarežite blago štrudlu na par mesta. Premažite jajetom, pospite vanilin šećerom i to je otprilike sva mudrolija.
Nakon otprilike pola sata (plus minus 5 minuta) štrudla bi trebalo da je hrskava i zlatno braon boje…
Pospite prah šećerom, eventualno dodajte kuglu sladoleda, skuvajte kafu i sa terase (još koji dan) 😀 uživajte u zalasku sunca…
